ABOUT THE PREPARATORY COURSE FOR CPA PROGRAM The Preparatory Course for CPA Program is divided into 2 levels – Foundation Exams and the CPA Program . Both levels are offered by Kaplan HigherEducation Academy in Full-Time and Part-Time modes, with the former open to both local and international students.The CPA (Certified Practising Accountant) designation is recognised throughout the world and denotes a combination of strategic business skill andleadership as well as technical rigour. It represents a soundness in depth, breadth and quality of knowledge in accounting and finance. The CPA Program is a rigorous educational and experience programme, comprising education subjects and integrated workplace learning.ENTRY REQUIREMENTSMinimum Age: 18Academic Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Applicants in their final year of a bachelor degree course at the time of application will be assessedon a case-by-case basis. It also coversthe acquisition and disposal of assets, and the production of financialstatements.ECONOMICS AND MARKETS – This exam covers economics andquantitative methods. It also covers macroeconomic concepts of incomedistribution and the structure of the financial economy, including thecalculation of key national economic measures.
