Create a user account with Sophos under the MySophos login.2. Download the standalone installer for Sophos Anti-Virus software for your home machine.3. Install Sophos and Configure the update location and credentials.Step 1: Create a user account with Sophos to access the softwareOn your home computer, open your web browser and navigate to www.sophos.comSelect “support”, and then select the “Download” tab.The following ‘Welcome to MySophos’ screen will be displayed for you to setup a login:To create a MySophos account, Register with Sophos and create a “MySophos” account.Fill in your name, email address and a password of your choice.MySophos will send you an activation email to the address specified.Sophos Anti-Virus Installation 03 March 2014

When you receive the confirmation email from Sophos, click on the email link to activate youraccount. You should see the MySophos Account Activated page in your web browser, then, click on Continue to My Account on the web page displayed.Once you have clicked on ‘Continue to My Account’ Sophos will request you to confirm yourpassword and click Log In. This will take you to the MySophos Account Profile page.Confirm your name is displayed and select the option to Add Product License Credentials.Add the Product License Credentials supplied by the ACS.Username: B546F0QBK3Password: qvk05fms32Enter the credentials and press the “Continue” button.The product license credentials will be validated and added to your MySophos account, a message confirmingthis will be displayed on your MySophos Account Profile page.If you are not automatically directed to “My Account” click the My Account icon in the top right hand corner.Sophos Anti-Virus Installation 03 March 2014

Your MySophos account setup, activation and product licensing is now completed, you may now download theSophos anti-Virus Software for installation on your home computer.Step 2: Download the standalone installer for your Sophos Anti -VirusNavigate to the Downloads and Updates tab (under Support).Select the “Standalone Installers” section and choose the correct product for your home PCoperating system (Windows or Mac) :Depending on which option you choose:1. Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac OS X or;2. Sophos Anti-Virus for Windows 2000 and up (note that firewall is NOT included in thisoffer)3. Press the Download buttonThis will display the End-User License Agreement (EULA), scroll down to the bottom of the page andconfirm acceptance of the license agreement terms and conditions and click ‘Submit’ to continue thedownload.You will be prompted to save the file to a location on your hard disk, this may take some timedepending on your network connection and download speed.Once the file is downloaded to your PC, you can also download the appropriate installationdocumentation, startup guide or release notes, from the download page:Select ‘Download’ from the menu at the top of the page and select your product, then select therelevant documentation.
